Managing and monitoring all coating works, from schedule planning and daily follow-ups to quality control during surface preparation and coating application
Provide support by handling coating related tasks, enabling owner's representatives to concentrate on other critical aspects of drydocking process
Facilitate premeeting with shipyard, contractors, and paint suppliers to define and agree on the work scope, schedule, standards.
Participate in shipyard daily meetings to stay aligned on progress and priorities.
Oversee quality control across all project phases, ensuring compliance with the agreed scope, specifications, and standards.
Promptly resolve onsite issues or, if required, suspend work that does not meet established standards
Identify and implement opportunities for potential time and cost savings
